I guide teens to jobs that match how they are wired for work to reach their full potential and avoid the waste of getting it wrong.

Challenges: My services are for career-confused teens but I have to market to their parents. This presents a unique marketing challenge that complicates the already challenging task of lead generation.

Since purposing to go full time in mid-2022, I have focused on an organic Facebook strategy utilizing my personal page and a Facebook group for parents. It resulted in onboarding two new clients per month from October to April. I have just launched a formal affiliate program and strategy for podcast pitching as methods of “borrow other people’s audiences. I am also now attempting to get into schools and organizations with talks and workshops for students and parents. I’m planning to experiment with paid ads in the new year.

Jodi Frank
Founder of: Culineer

Culineer is a disruptive force in the growing $70 billion farm-to-home table industry. Our community-driven CRM platform empowers farmers markets and with cutting-edge marketing automation and data insights. And, simultaneously inspires home cooks to make local food connections and improve their culinary skills using locally produced food. This industry, consisting of approximately 2.2 million farmers and markets serving 96 million households, offers vast potential for disruption. Culineer is positioned to reach a 4.5B ARR in 7-10 years.

Challenges: I would like to get input about ways to increase engagement. The Culineer platform is more valuable when many are engaged and active.
