MWDBEs businesses fail at a disproportionate rate to their White competitors. BLACC is providing the technical assistance and social capital so that more MWDBEs start and last longer!
Challenges: When was the last time you purchased something from a Black owned business? Normalize spending in Black/Brown communities; replace your ritual spending with companies that are owned and operated locally by POC. Space owners - how can you creatively provide rental opportunities to Black creatives? Hiring processes. Are you in charge of your company talent pool? Hire a MWDBE freelancer! BLACC members are early-stage CEOs - Forbes 500 in 2030. You need them on your team. Their products could save your life!
