Greatest Challenge:
Pricing strategies and profitability: I have tried to offer daily specials at a lower price point to attract new customers, but I feel I am still missing the mark, and sometimes end up losing money. I need a way to better track if/when my strategy is working.

Many students from underserved populations lack access to accurate, comprehensive, and timely information about the college search and application process. Without this knowledge, students often feel overwhelmed, unprepared, or discouraged, which can lead to missed opportunities or costly decisions. College Knowledge Foundation aims to bridge this gap by providing the knowledge, tools, and resources students and their families need to be successful throughout their college journey.
Greatest Challenge:
One of our biggest challenges right now is expanding our reach, particularly in forming direct partnerships with schools. While we’ve had some success partnering with nonprofit organizations that support students, we’ve found it difficult to get in front of school administrators and decision-makers who can bring our programming directly to students within their schools. We’ve reached out via mail, email, and phone, and while we’ve had meaningful conversations, consistent traction with schools has been hard to establish.
